The Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group's core mission is to drive innovation by connecting founders with investors. We do so by offering our members the ability to identify promising founders, whose startups serve as successful investments for our Partner VCs.
Executive Board
Our Executive Board coordinates the organization’s operations and ensures the delivery of quality reports to VC partners. The Board guides VCG’s vision of innovation and collaboration between the entrepreneurship and venture capital communities.

Jack is a junior in Quincy House concentrating in Economics and Computer Science. Jack joined VCG because of his interest in startups and is currently working on his own startup in the Healthcare IT space. Outside of the venture space, Jack writes for The Harvard Crimson as a sportswriter and volunteers at the Phillips Brooks House Association. In his free time, Jack likes to play basketball and read. Jack plans to intern at Silversmith Capital Partners.

Pablo is a junior concentrating in Applied Mathematics & Economics with a secondary in Philosophy. Prior to becoming president, Pablo worked as VCG’s Sourcing Director, supervising the work of VCG's sourcing teams. Pablo is interested in B2B startups in a myriad of different verticals. Outside of VCG, he loves to read, discuss philosophy, and play the violin. Pablo plans work in private wealth management at Goldman Sachs during the summer of 2025.

Jessica is a sophomore concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Computer Science. As Director of Strategy, Jessica leads partnership processes with VC firms and also serves as the Director of VCG’s annual Entrepreneurship Summit. Jessica first joined VCG to explore her interest in the startup ecosystem as well as what it takes to be a successful investor. Outside VCG, Jessica is an In-Kind Director of Sponsorships for Women in Business and also enjoys running, reading, and playing the viola.

Harron is a sophomore concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Mind, Brain, and Behavior. As VCG’s Director of Recruitment, Harron leads all the trial and training process, as well as external recruitment partnerships. His interest in VCG stemmed from his passion in startups, hoping to learn more for what it takes to be a startup founder and investor one day. Beyond VCG, Harron serves on the board of the Harvard Sports Analysis Collective and Harvard Club Baseball. He aslo enjoys playing poker and watching Netflix shows.

Fiona is a junior in Lowell House concentrating in Applied Mathematics and History of Science with a Secondary in Computer Science. Fiona joined VCG after working closely with the founding teams of two startups in fashion tech and Web3 industries (roughly $15MM combined teams raise). Fiona is now leveraging her past startup experience to build her own startup. She leads VCG’s efforts to build an inclusive entrepreneurial space on campus. In addition to her entrepreneurial involvements, Fiona dances with Harvard’s ballroom dancing team and serves as a board member for the Harvard Mountaineering Club. She enjoys travel, photography, the outdoors, volleyball, swimming, running, reading, podcasts, and philosophy.

Vincent is a junior at Harvard pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Vincent first joined VCG as a freshman to learn more about the world of venture capital and startups and investigate how founders build successful companies. Outside of his VCG, he enjoys working out, listening to music, and playing poker. Vincent plans spend his junior summer at Insight Partners.

Joey is a junior in Adams House studying Economics. As VCG’s Sourcing Director, Joey handles all sourcing pipeline and investment referral processes, along with managing relationships with our partner firms. Outside of VCG, Joey is a Senior Investment Research Director for the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, a L/S equities analyst at the Charles River Growth Fund, and is a member of the Harvard Club Rugby team. Joey plans to intern at Audax.

Tiffani Mezitis is the Director of Events at VCG and a rising junior at Harvard. She studies Economics and Classics and worked in VC last summer. At VCG, she connects our organization with other VC firms, investors, and startups and organizes our events such as our Harvard/MIT Pitch Event. She will be working at the Mellon Foundation as an Investment Intern this summer in NYC.

Jenny is a sophomore concentrating in Government and Slavic Languages and Literatures. She oversees communication and collaboration between colllege organizations, strategic partnerships, and potential student-founders. Last year, she served as Director of Marketing, covering media and photography, having worked with XFund to promote Sam Altman’s campus keynote. Beyond VCG, she is also a Research Assistant for Integrity Initiatives International, writes for the Undergraduate Law Review, and volunteers with the Russian-Speaking Students Association.

Nicole is a junior in Kirkland House, concentrating in Psychology with a secondary in Economics and a citation in French. As the Director of Marketing for VCG, she is responsible for designing sponsorship packages, managing the organization's social media platforms, and spearheading marketing initiatives. Outside of VCG, Nicole plays French Horn in the Bach Society Orchestra, volunteers at the Phillips Brooks House Association, and works as the Programming Chair for the Harvard College China Forum. She enjoys baking, playing piano, and traveling.
